Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita’s Female Culinary Team Goes PINK to Fight Cancer

In honor of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the female culinary team at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita is serving up an incredible four course tasting menu on October 21 infused with healing superfoods and paired with organic and biodynamic wines.

Chefs Sofía Mojica, Sandra Herrera, Esther Sánchez and Selene García will lead the kitchen at Ketsi (pictured), each creating their own special course inspired by super foods and cancer-fighting ingredients. Guests will be delighted by a farm fresh menu that proves that healthy cuisine can also be delicious and full of flavor.Each course will be expertly paired with local Mexican organic and biodynamic wines and spirits chosen by the resort’s female sommelier and Forbes Mexico wine expert, Monica de la Torre.

This gastronomic journey will offer a memorable experience for a great cause. The cost of the 4 course menu including wine and spirits pairings is 1,300 pesos per person. All funds will be donated to “Fundación de Cáncer de Mama” (FUCAM).
