Title: Global Real Estate Advisor

City you live in: Cabo San Lucas

Most recent city visited…  Miami

A typical day in my life includes… a cup of tea for sure, a little gardening, a meal with friends or clients and Mucho work.

I was born… to eat… haha in La Paz BCS

When I was younger, I wanted to be… a veterinarian.. I love animals and I think animals like m

e, they act friendly around me sometimes.

My first job was: At a pet store!! I immersed myself in the fascinating world of animals, gaining valuable insights into the care and nuances of various species. I love animals!! this experience instilled in me a sense of responsibility and a keen eye for detail.

I draw inspiration from: My sources of inspiration are deeply rooted in the remarkable women I’ve encountered throughout my life. Foremost is my mother Susy, who, despite facing adversity early on, has always exemplified unwavering values and integrity. Tracy, the wife of my Broker, stands out as a trailblazer, successfully navigating a traditionally male-dominated industry in Cabo now she is La Jefa (the bosslady in Spanish). Additionally, Edith, the owner of several restaurants locally has captivated me with her innovative business model and genuine love for Baja and it´s people, serving as a constant source of motivation.

I aspire to positively inspire and impact other young women as well.

I separate myself and my brand from others in this field by:

In representing buyers, my commitment goes beyond transactions; I genuinely care about my clients’ interests. I consider myself a connector, uniting extraordinary people with extraordinary properties. My patience and determination make me relentless in finding the perfect home for my clients. When representing sellers, I leverage my skills in showcasing and enhancing the best features of homes through effective staging and bilingual communication. My problem-solving abilities, combined with a mediator’s approach, ensure a smooth process for all parties involved.

My greatest career achievement thus far is:  The trust and loyalty of clients who return to work with me and recommend my services to others. Building lasting relationships based on satisfaction and positive experiences is a testament to my dedication and professionalism.

I enjoy being an ambassador of the destination.

My favorite place in town to enjoy an authentic meal is: Where to start??? I am very versatile; you can find me in a very fancy restaurant or at a taco stand talking to the taco men while enjoying the simplicity of a taco with handmade tortillas and incredible salsas … for Authentic Mexican cuisine… The options in town are abundant. Captain Tony’s at the Marina, with its diverse menu, is a personal favorite. Ask for the special of the day and you may get lucky… they offer food like Pozole, birria, mole, enchiladas and much more with great location and depending on the time, live music. If you are looking for something more sophisticated and want to impress someone, OMG! the Breakfast at Cascabel in Solaz is amazing… Red and green Chilaquiles with pork Belly and short rib Moyetes, seriously? To die for ..

People would be surprised to know: I am passionate about Asperger awareness and have a cupid complex.

Biggest career challenge:

The dynamic nature of the industry. It extends far beyond merely showcasing properties; it entails navigating a complex landscape encompassing legal regulations, industry norms, interior design principles, architectural trends, construction materials, tax laws and the integration of technology. Staying abreast of these multifaceted aspects requires continuous learning and adaptation to ensure that my knowledge remains current and relevant in an ever-evolving field.

Goal for the future: To study more Permaculture, a sustainable approach to living in harmony with nature. My aspiration is to immerse myself in its study, actively practice its principles, and inspire others to embrace this environmentally conscious lifestyle.
