Nothing says a feast quite like dining at the chef’s table, and at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun, guests can do just that. The resort is home to top-notch cuisine including the AAA Five Diamond restaurant, Le Basilic and for foodies looking for an experience they can devour, the Chef’s Table will satisfy the craving.

The culinary experience takes place every Monday from 6-8 p.m. and is open to a maximum of eight guests. Taking place in the main kitchen, the Chef’s Table not only serves up a delicious menu, but it also allows guests a peek at what goes into serving up award-winning cuisine in one of the area’s largest hotel kitchens.

Sea Bass – glazed with maple syrup and lemongrass cauliflower purée, tortilla “smoke,” root vegetables
Angus Filet – crusted with blue cheese, stuffed with huitlacoche (corn mushroom), sweet potato purée, vegetables caramelized in agave syrup
