One&Only Palmilla Hosts Michelin-Starred Chef For Exclusive Experience

Kick off the New Year with a once-in-a-lifetime experience at One&Only Palmilla. On Friday, January 5, Michelin-starred Chef Christopher Kostow from acclaimed restaurants The Restaurant at Meadowood and The Charter Oak in Napa Valley is teaming up with One&Only Palmilla’s Chef Larbi Darouch for an evening of Napa Valley-inspired dishes using fresh, local Baja ingredients.

Taking place at AGUA by Larbi, the menu created by the two chefs includes irresistible eats like crudo of yellowtail, chilled ‘coctel’ of spicy tail lobster, pork shoulder cooked over coals, a sweet potato ‘foster’ with marshmallow-vanilla ice cream and piloncillo-mezcal caramel for dessert. Accompanying the dishes is paired wines from Turnbull Wine Cellars, with a focus on small production expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon along with live music and opportunity to receive signed copies of Chef Kostow’s cookbook, A New Napa Cuisine.

The evening is priced at $135 per person.
