What brought you to Los Cabos: The passion to work in a hotel and service industry

Why did you choose to work/live in Los Cabos: Los Cabos is a paradisiac place and has unbelievable weather where the sunsets are unique.

Your favorite place to go in Los Cabos: The beach

Your three favorite spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner: De Cortez Restaurant for dinner; Sirena’s Restaurant for lunch; Tomatoes Restaurant for breakfast.

What made you successful: A concierge is successful when he or she loves making people happy. Passion for service is key at the concierge desk. It takes passion to serve guests day in and day out, and to face the many challenges and obstacles in delivering memorable experiences. A passionate concierge makes hotel guests feel like royalty, welcoming any request, at any moment of the day, simple or demanding, simply for the pleasure of assisting others.

Your inspiration: The sound of the ocean that touches my soul and my family.

Last thing you bought: A needle for one of my guests that was sewing a Christmas boot for his grandson that lives in Germany.

Last memory you made: A memorable experience starts by being accessible: the concierge, as an individual, needs to be easy to talk to and to deal with; a warm and friendly welcome invites the guest to come back to the desk.

Your worst habit: Perfectionist

Your first job: A General Managers Executive Assistant

If you could change one thing about yourself, it would be… Nothing

Your future plans/next business venture: Opening more New Hotel’s as a Chief Concierge in a luxury resort and preserving the legacy of service.

Your life motto: The Service Trough Friendship and believe in yourself.

Your vision for the future of Los Cabos: Top and best destination in the world
